TranslatorsCafe.com inaccessible since Tuesday afternoon. Bell Nexxia is an
affiliate of Bell Canada that owns all copper wire lines and switching
equipment and provides monopoly Internet connection service to all DSL
subscribers in Ontario and Quebec including all independent Internet service
providers. We are very sorry for this interruption that was completely beyond
our control.

Internet service provider as well as from TC mail server. According to Rogers
Customer Service, other users also experience this problem. Rogers is working
on the problem. Blocking was removed on May 21.
